Returns and Exchanges.
Only defective or damaged merchandise may be returned. Claims for returns of defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 14 days of when the customer has received the order and shop has been notified.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only.

I accept payments through PayPal, a secure online payment system which is very popular and easy to use.
CREDIT CARDS ARE WELCOME - You don't need a PayPal account to pay for your order through PayPal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with a credit card without signing up for a PayPal account.
Shipping
Items are shipped out within 1-3 days after confirmation of payment.
Your order will be processed and shipped for delivery within 1 to 3 days. Whenever possible we make every effort to ship the same day. Orders are shipped (Priority) or (Ground) USPS. Unless specified different by customer. You will receive a (Delivery Confirmation) number via e-mail, so you will be able to track your order. International orders will be sent by ground in an effort to keep costs as low as possible for our customer. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
For special orders (Made to Order or Customized) items please allow 5 to 10 days for shipping. Made to order or customized items = Any item that a color, size or special instructions requested (lace, beads, ribbon etc.).

Color Variance: The color of an item shown on your computer monitor may vary from the color of the actual product. We try our best to represent the true color of an item. Certain things are out of our control such as monitor settings. Matching a particular color in the picture on our computer monitor or screen to an actual product on our website can be difficult. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in descriptions of items size, color, and price.
